Sakigake!! Otokojuku (魁!!男塾, Charge!! Men's Private School) is the longest and most popular manga series by Miyashita Akira which was released in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 1985 to 1991. After ending at 34 volumes, it received a number of sequels, the longest of which being Akatsuki! Otokojuku: Seinen yo, Daishi wo Idake which ended at 200 chapters.
Plot[]
The genius principal of the private school, Heihachi Edajima, was a war hero during World War II. He trained his students to play an active role in politics, economics and industries in Japan and all over the world, though the way of training is highly anachronistic.
