I don't need to give out you my name.

Centaur is a member of Olympus and Zeus' right hand man. He's a total asshole.

Appearance[]

Like other Olympus' warriors, Centaur wears a Greek robe, and some armor parts, with a winged helmet.

Personality[]

He is a sadistic and dishonest fighter. Despite having deep ties to his horse, he doesn't care in the least about it, to the point where he willingly kills it without blinking a damned eye.

Powers and Abilities[]

Techniques[]

Billowing Lance Football Technique (銛濤蹴球術せんとうしゅうきゅうじゅつ, Sento Shukyujutsu): When on foot, Centaur's main weapons are spiked soccer balls. He can deflect these soccer balls off of posts surrounding the arena. Not only are these balls capable of rending his opponent, but they are rigged to explode when destroyed, blinding his opponent.

Flying Spinning Kick (翔天回転脚しょうてんかいてんきゃく, Shoten Kaitenkyaku): Known as an Overhead Kick in modern soccer, Centaur is able to double the balls' speed using spin and acceleration due to gravity.

History[]

Great Heaven-Challenging Olympic Tournament[]

After the defeats of Achilles and Gemini, several of the God Warriors wished to be the next to face Otokojuku. But Centaur stepped forward, and Zeus allowed him to be the next to enter the battle arena. There, he received his opponent: Henshoki.

His rival tried to attack him with his Koso Henjutsu, but Centaur managed to dodge his attacks and counterattack with the horn of his "unicorn". But Henshoki dodged it and delivered a downward kick with his Tosatsu Fushaken. Centaur dodged without much trouble, and had his horse throw several of its equipped blades at its neck, stabbing a few bats, thus revealing the secret of Henshoki's technique. Then, he used the Shahei Antai technique to hide all the bats in the shadow of Centaur's unicorn. However, Centaur noticed the bats, and had his unicorn light them all on fire. Without his bats to protect him, Henshouki was impaled by the unicorn's horn.

After impaling Henshoki's heart, he threw his body to the ground and humiliated him, trampling his bats in front of the dying Henshoki. Before dying, he asked Gekkou to avenge him. The bald man entered the combat arena armed with a kon, and after taking Henshoki's body, he began his battle with Centaur. Both of them charged, but Gekko, with his Tengai Shinten, managed to split his horse's horn, then impaled it directly against his skull. And while his enemy comforted his dying horse, his companions from Olympus outfitted a series of pillars around the islet.

Centaur, using his Sento Shukyujutsu, decapitated his own horse to attract Gekkou's attention. But despite the brutality of his attacks, Gekkou managed to overtake him and rebound the ball...although nothing more to burst blinded him ..or would have done if Gekkou was not blind from birth!

Then he began to throw small stones into the sky, and although Centaur moved, they always fell on his head. Scared, and after hearing the warning that Gekkou was going to execute him by now throwing his kon, Centaur defended himself from his attack using the head of his horse as a shield. But what Gekkou launched was not his kon, it was the split horn of his horse's armor. He could barely react upon realizing it, and Gekkou's kon fell on him, piercing through and killing him.

With his death, Gekkou was able to avenge Henshouki's murder.

Major Battles[]

Trivia[]

  • His name is a reference to the centaurs of Greek mythology: half human and half horse people, which is reflected in how he is initially seen fighting on horseback.
