What is a man!? What is life!? Answer me!!

Dokugantetsu is a third-year and an antagonist-turned-protagonist in the Sakigake!! Otokojuku series.

Appearance[]

Dokugantetsu is considerably more stocky than the rest of the Otokojuku characters. He has disheveled black hair and a Fu Manchu mustache, with armor on his waist and leather straps that form an X across his chest. He is missing his left eye; in the manga there is simply a scar in place of his left eye, but the anime added a metal eyepatch over it. His weapon is a giant bladed metal yo-yo attached with a chain.

Personality[]

Firts introduced as sadistic and brutal fighter who enjoy seen his rival feel pain, he is then portrayed as been actually a shy and gentle person despite his huge body and grim face, with a great love for Otokojuku, calling it his home and family.

Powers and Abilities[]

Dokugantetsu knows the Deva Kings Style (仁王流, Niou-ryu), which allows him to move with more agility than one might think possible given his build.

Techniques[]

Great Dancing Pitchfork Discus (釽舞大円盤, Hakubu Daienban): A giant bladed yo-yo that Dokugantetsu uses as his main weapon. However, its effectiveness is limited, and both Togashi Genji and Hien had an easy time dodging its attacks.

Mark of the Dice Fist (號賽拳, Gosaiken): A series of chops and kicks, mostly intended as a diversion to lure his opponent into attacking him from behind, as a setup for the Great Killing Wheel of Bondage.

Great Killing Wheel of Bondage (錠枷殺大車輪, Jokasatsu Daisharin): Dokugantetsu grabs his opponent's neck by his legs, and uses his hands to spin on a horizontal bar. The centrifugal force causes the power of this technique to increase with every spin.
